Why us

Three founders. Different fields. Same pattern.

A medical student turned educator who watched clinical communication fall through the cracks of OSCE assessment. An actuary turned corporate leader who saw the same gap in workplaces — communication treated as the unmeasurable part of the work, when it was the part with the most economic consequence and the least structured development.

A technologist and migrant who lived the language and cultural gap firsthand and saw the technology being built for sales productivity instead of for the contexts where the stakes were real.

The combination of clinical, corporate, and migrant-technologist perspective is the moat. Most teams in this category are missing one of the three. Some are missing all three.
